Right now, we’re looking for a Store Manager with top-tierleadership chops, a nose for quality, and the smarts to keep a crewmotivated and customers thrilled-no oil-stained automotiveknowledge necessary.

Position OverviewAs our Store Manager, you’llrun the day-to-day operations and ensure every job is done right,on time, and with zero hassle (for customers and staff). You’ll bethe main driver behind production efficiency, rock-solid qualitycontrol, and over-the-top customer satisfaction. So if you’re abig-picture thinker, who can keep a team humming along keepreading.

Key Responsibilities Production & Quality Oversight Coordinate daily workflow with technicians to ensure smooth,efficient operations (someone else can handle appointments-don’tworry). Keep an eagle eye on quality standards, ensuring each vehicleleaves with a job well done and a customer who feels caredfor. Identify production bottlenecks or process gaps, then roll outimprovements that keep jobs on track and customers smiling. Team Management Lead, coach, and motivate staff-from seasoned techs to thegreenest rookies. Promote a positive, goal-oriented environment where everyonefeels supported and driven to deliver their best. Conduct regular performance reviews and address issueshead-on-no sugarcoating, just constructive feedback. Customer Satisfaction Make sure customers have a stellar experience from check-in tocheck-out-even if you can’t tell them what’s under the hood. Quickly and effectively resolve customer issues or complaints;own any mistakes and turn them into learning opportunities. Gather and analyze customer feedback to help us constantlyrefine the “Stress Free” approach. Process & Compliance Implement company policies, procedures, and safetyguidelines-like it’s second nature. Maintain facility cleanliness and organization; nobody wants totrip over spare tires on their way to the water cooler. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to keep necessary stockon hand for smooth operations (again, you won’t be ordering sparkplugs by size, just making sure the shelves stay stocked). Performance Tracking & Reporting Keep a close watch on metrics like labor efficiency, turnaroundtime, and revenue performance. Present regular updates to leadership, highlighting successes,challenges, and proposed solutions. Forecast staffing needs and align resources so we’re neithershort-staffed nor overstaffed-just the right fit for hittinggoals.
