Reporting to the Store Manager, you will utilize your core skills in inventory management, team management, and retail sales to enhance store performance. Your premium skills in employee orientation and negotiation will aid in fostering a motivated team. Additionally, your relevant skills in time management and organizational abilities will contribute to efficient store operations. Some Position Requirements are, but not limited to: Experience in Retail and Customer Service Maintaining a clean, customer friendly store environment. Accurately and efficiently completing sales transactions and maintaining proper accountability at the cash register. Completion of All required day to day paperwork, ordering and running of the location when the manager isn’t present Can work without constant supervision Ensuring the location is always adequately staffed, with all shifts covered when you are in charge Ensure excellent customer service is provided by all station employees Able to assist in training, developing and motivate station employees Can handle a fast-paced work environment Is a team player and can motivate employees to do the same Ability to work weekends, holidays, mornings and/or nights, as needed Has a valid driver’s license and is able to drive as needed for business

Physical Requirements Include:
