Summary:
Seeking a Machine Shop Supervisor for 2nd & 3rd shift to oversee CNC and manual machining operations and ensure quality control.
Requirements:
Previous experience supervising general machining Experience setting up and operating CNC and manual mills and lathes Ability to program CNC mills and lathes, preferably Haas machines Knowledge of CNC mill and lathe tooling Experience in developing and programming machining processes Proficiency with basic precision measuring equipment Ability to read blueprints, sketches, specifications, or drawings High school diploma or
GED Responsibilities:
Document processes and quality controls Manage, maintain, and train personnel on equipment operation Setup and operate CNC, semi-automated, and manual equipment Ensure quality standards while meeting production schedules Maintain continuity across shifts through documentation Adhere to safety procedures and regulations
