Job Description
Retail Store Manager 2.3 2.3 out of 5 stars Derry, NH 03038 Retail store manager for our hardware store. Knowledge and sales experience with Paint (Benjamin Moore), power tools(Dewalt, Bostitch) , power equipment (Husqvarna and Toro), general hardware and seasonal goods needed. Ability to motivate associates and develop a can do atmosphere is important. Experience with a perpetual inventory system and computer generated replenishment system. Responsibilities for all day to day operations in the retail store, Sales and inventory performance, merchandising, setting weekly work schedule for the Derry Store, weekly ordering of product for the store, receiving all purchased products and transfers and opening and closing retail store. Our retail store is open M-F 7-6, Sat 7:30-5, Closed on Sunday. Ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service and follow through.
