Our Store Managers are called upon to maximize and drive the stores sales potential while recruiting, hiring, and developing a cohesive team of highly motivated store associates. Implement a superior visual presentation while managing inventory, controlling expenses, and executing operational standards.

Job Description:

Creates an environment that inspires repeat customers. Ensure proper scheduling to optimize Store Payroll. Coach and train team to achieve maximum results. Ensures the store achieves all sales/comp plans. Educates team on LP policies and manages store shrink. Ensure all floor moves are completed in a timely manner. Demonstrated excellent leadership, time management and customer service skills. Can do attitude and a team player. Flexible and adaptive to environment, changes, challenges, job duties and work schedules. Track record of associate development is a must. Ensure all communications are shared with Store Team. Support and execute company test initiatives. Accountable for shrink results and safety awareness. Minimum 2 – 3 years’ retail management experience. Associates Degree preferred.
