Store Manager LeRoux Kitchen 23 Market Street, Portsmouth, NH 03801 The Store Manager creates and fosters a fun team environment while driving and managing sales at LeRoux Kitchen. Through the management of sales, staff, inventory, and sales floor logistics, the Store Manager’s primary function is to meet the sales goals provided by management along with their team and have fun in the process! This job is a salaried position. During the peak season and by the year-end holidays, the job requires more than 40 hours a week, and six days a week between Thanksgiving and Christmas. During the off season the expectation is 40 hours a week. This position requires as much time doing as it does managing. Store Managers spend more time on the floor modeling the best sales practices than they spend off the floor.
