Requirements Essential Requirements:
+ Proven experience in retail management or supervisory roles. + Strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer service. + Excellent leadership and team management skills. + Ability to maintain store cleanliness and organization standards. + Experience in inventory management, including ordering and stocking supplies. + Proficiency in cash handling and ensuring sales accuracy. + Knowledge of product promotions and marketing strategies. + Capability to complete necessary paperwork and daily reports meticulously. + Ability to train, motivate, and develop team members for success. + Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. + Valid driver’s license and willingness to drive for company business as needed.
Physical Requirements:
