FMLA & Bereavement Leave Responsibilities:

Promote and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all employees and customers. Create a superior customer service experience to drive store growth, increase sales, and enhance profitability. Provide daily leadership and foster a culture of employee engagement. Partner with teammates to drive company initiatives and ensure seamless store operations. Lead and support a successful team, managing our fast-paced retail environment. Maximize sales, profits, and customer service through effective store management. Train, coach, and engage team members to deliver outstanding customer care. Manage inventory protection, asset management, and operational and safety issues. Ensure the cleanliness and readiness of delivery vehicles, sales floor, stock room, and outside areas. Drive NAPA operational and marketing programs, continuously improving processes and procedures. Grow customer relationships, assist with sales/service questions, and ensure a positive experience in-store and over the phone. Perform other duties as assigned

Education and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or trade school courses or degree completion preferred. Valid Drivers license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Record required for operating company vehicles. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written. Experience in the automotive aftermarket service industry or DIY automotive hobbies, or a willingness to learn. Passion for delivering excellent customer care and building long-term relationships. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and complex environment. Knowledge of cataloging and inventory management systems. Strong problem-solving skills, able to diagnose issues and recommend effective solutions. Ability to interpret and explain instructions, processes, and policies, and recommend action plans to resolve operational problems. Flexibility, integrity, and confidentiality. Regularly lift and/or move 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move 40 pounds. Ability to lift 60lbs in some situations Professional demeanor, able to handle pressure, treat others with respect, and follow through on commitments. Superior customer service skills for both internal and external clients, customers, and employees.
