We are currently seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Store Manager for our Atlantic City location. The ideal candidate is a results-driven, energetic leader with strong sales experience and a passion for developing teams. Responsibilities Team Leadership Lead by example as the top-performing salesperson in the store Recruit, hire, train, and retain a high-performing sales team Foster a positive and collaborative work environment Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations Sales & Customer Service Drive daily sales and exceed monthly sales targets Ensure an exceptional customer experience with every interaction Handle and resolve customer concerns professionally Operations & Visual Merchandising Oversee daily operations, including opening/closing, scheduling, and compliance Maintain visual merchandising standards and promotional execution Ensure accurate inventory management, stock replenishment, and receiving Organize the stockroom to optimize flow of merchandise to the sales floor Performance & Reporting Analyze daily and weekly reports to improve store performance Manage payroll, labor cost, and operational budgets Address performance and behavioral issues in a timely and professional manner Communicate store updates and needs to upper management Qualifications Minimum 4 years of experience in retail store management Bilingual in English and Spanish (required) Proven ability to drive sales and lead high-performing teams Strong skills in recruiting, scheduling, and visual merchandising Proficiency with POS systems and store operations Open availability including weekends and holidays (non-negotiable) Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods Reliable transportation required Compensation & Benefits Base salary + monthly bonus + commission Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off and holidays Employee discount program Life, disability, and critical illness coverage Training and growth opportunities
