Retail Store Manager ACBreakz Ventnor City, NJ 08406 Job Summary Are you passionate about sports and collectibles? Join our team at ACBreakz and lead a growing business in the exciting world of sports memorabilia and trading cards! We are seeking a driven and experienced Retail Store Manager to oversee operations at our physical retail location and help grow our in-store and online streaming sales. •

Key Responsibilities:
Store Management:
Oversee the daily operations of the retail location, ensuring a clean, organized, and customer-friendly environment.
Staff Supervision:
Manage and schedule team members, provide training, and ensure top-tier customer service.
Sales & Inventory Oversight:
Track in-store and online inventory, manage product ordering, and analyze sales performance.
Online Sales Monitoring:
Review and coordinate inventory levels related to live online streaming sales, ensuring accuracy across all channels.
Customer Engagement:
Foster relationships with local collectors, sports fans, and new customers to grow the community and drive repeat business.
Reporting:
Provide regular updates on store performance, sales trends, and staffing needs to ownership.
Qualifications:
Previous retail management experience (preferably in collectibles, hobbies, or sports-related retail). Strong leadership and team management skills. Experience with POS systems, inventory software, and online platforms (e.g., TikTok) is a plus. Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills. Passion for sports and/or collectibles is a big advantage.
