• Assist customers in finding the right hardware products
• Maintain inventory levels and organize stock
• Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately
• Provide product information and advice to customers
• Ensure the store is clean and well-organized
• Assist in training new employees on hardware products and store procedures Skills
• Strong organizational skills for inventory management
• Knowledge of retail math for pricing and buying decisions
• Ability to supervise and lead a team effectively
• Experience in shift management is a plus
• Proficiency in training development for staff improvement
• Familiarity with wireless sales is advantageous
