This leadership position is responsible for ensuring all inbound and outbound gear is accurately scanned, accounted for, and properly handled by the department team. The ideal candidate will have a background in audio/visual equipment handling and a strong sense of ownership over process accuracy and team performance. This role reports directly to Warehouse Management. Key Responsibilities Supervise daily operations of the Check-In / Receiving team Ensure complete and accurate barcode scanning of all equipment and components Inspect returned gear for damage or missing parts; report issues promptly Coordinate with department leads and warehouse management to maintain workflow Prioritize tasks based on order schedules and turnaround times Support loading and unloading of trucks as needed Enforce proper documentation and adherence to inventory procedures Promote a team environment while holding direct reports accountable Assist with minor repairs or prepping gear for re-inventory (if applicable) Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications 1-3 years of warehouse, A/V production, or similar industry experience Prior team leadership or supervisory experience preferred Proficient with inventory software and Microsoft Office Able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/move for extended periods Must be fluent in English and authorized to work in the U.S. Forklift certification or ability to become certified Flexible schedule with availability during evenings, weekends, and peak seasons Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay based on experience and qualifications Opportunities for advancement within a growing company Benefits package available after probationary period If you’re driven, dependable, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you.
