Dispensary PM Key Holder 2.1 2.1 out of 5 stars 781 Route 70 W, Marlton, NJ 08053 Position Overview Enlighten Dispensary is seeking Key Holders that are reliable, responsible and customer-focused. As a Key Holder, you will play a critical role in the daily operations of the dispensary, with the added responsibility of opening and/or closing the store, supervising staff, assisting in inventory management, and compliance with state regulations. You will serve as a leadership presence when management is not on-site and ensure we are providing exceptional customer service and guidance to both our customers and team members. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and a passion for the cannabis industry. Primary Responsibilities Assist all Dispensary Associates in the consultation of all customers to ensure that the employee is informed of the right product choices by being knowledgeable of how different methods of cannabis consumption affect customers differently Act as the first point of contact for addressing customer complaints and handling returns, ensuring prompt resolution and customer satisfaction. Proficient management of cash transactions to maintain accuracy and security. Skillful operation and maintenance of the Point of Sale (POS) system for efficient customer transactions Prompt and precise data entry across both POS and inventory tracking systems. Vigilant enforcement of security protocols and adherence to safety regulations. Uphold store cleanliness and organization to enhance customer experience. Proactively address any reported issues or customer complaints, conducting necessary maintenance and data collection as required. Maintain and manage visitor logs to track store traffic effectively. Provide end-of-day updates via email to ensure seamless communication. Ensure precision in managing the vault and its contents. Collaborate closely with the Management team to guarantee smooth retail store operations, in strict compliance with relevant laws and guidelines. Proactively address any reported issues or customer complaints, conducting necessary maintenance and data collection as required. Execute thorough opening and closing procedures Provide best-in-class customer service to all customers Follow and uphold established policies for sales and customer service to ensure customer satisfaction Maintain in-depth knowledge of all products and strains in the store as well as industry-wide product knowledge, and train and share that knowledge with other members of the team Assist with monitoring and maintaining inventory levels, ensuring an assortment of product, and communicating inventory action items with the Assistant Manager and General Manager Execute and delegate tasks effectively within assigned shifts. Participate in periodic staff cleanings and meetings. Rotate assistance in customer check-ins and helping customers at the kiosks. Adhere to company SOP’s & CRC guidelines. Supports management team in motivating, training, and coaching. Covering additional duties assigned by the management team.
Required Knowledge and Skills:
Knowledge of marijuana strains, edibles, extracts and other current products on the market Demonstrates a positive attitude, excels as a team player, and upholds a steadfast work ethic, contributing to a collaborative and productive work environment. Proficient in fundamental computer skills, facilitating efficient navigation of digital systems and software. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Detail-oriented with a focus on providing exceptional customer service. Passion for the cannabis industry and a commitment to promoting responsible cannabis use. Excellent Customer Service Skills Attention to Detail Precise Math Skills Organizational Skills Multi-task Oriented Stress Management/Composure Qualifications and Education Requirements Must be at least 21 years and older High school diploma or equivalent. Dispensary sales experience preferred
