In this role, you will support the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales performance. You will play a key role in maintaining a positive shopping environment while leading and motivating the retail staff. Duties Assist in managing store operations, including opening and closing procedures. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Supervise and train retail staff to ensure high performance and adherence to company policies. Manage cash register operations, including processing transactions accurately. Maintain inventory levels by monitoring stock, conducting regular counts, and placing orders as necessary. Implement effective sales strategies to achieve store goals and enhance product visibility through engaging product demos. Utilize retail math skills to analyze sales data and make informed decisions regarding merchandising and promotions. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the store environment. Requirements Proven experience in a retail environment, with prior supervisory experience preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clientele. Proficiency in cash register operations and POS systems. Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory management. Ability to sell products effectively while demonstrating knowledge of merchandise features. Experience with stock management practices is highly desirable.
