Store Managers at Dollar Tree are responsible for thefollowing: Managing the profitable operation of a retail store withemphasis on recruiting, hiring, training and developing storeassociates in both operations and merchandising Performing allopening and closing procedures Implementing all operational andmerchandising direction that is communicated from the Store SupportCenter Maintaining a high standard of merchandising, placement,store signage, and proper display techniques to create an invitingatmosphere for customers Assisting in the realization of yourstore’s maximum profit contribution Protecting all company assetsMaintaining a high level of good customer service Creative problemsolving in the areas of: Associate Development Maximizing SalesPotential Controlling Expense and Shrink Merchandise Display StoreSignage Placement What we need from you: Must possess minimum 3years prior retail management experience Background in dealing withhardlines or variety merchandise, BIG BOX experience a plus Strongproductivity management ability in freight processing Strongcommunication, interpersonal and written skills Ability to work ina high-energy team environment Dollar Tree proudly offers ourfull-time store management Associates with an opportunity to earn abonus each month if key performance goals are achieved.
