Lead the Team. Own the Desk. Are you a proven automotive desk manager who can structure deals, motivate teams, and maximize gross on every deal? We’re looking for an industry leader who can take our sales floor to the next level.

Your Role:

Desk and structure deals: Work with sales consultants to pencil and present deals that maximize profit while keeping the customer experience front and center.

Lead the sales floor:

Support, coach, and close with the sales team—jump in when deals need a true closer.

Maximize profitability:

Work deals to hit and exceed unit and gross targets every month.

Collaborate:

Partner with F&I and upper management to streamline approvals, ensure compliance, and keep the deal moving fast.

Mentor:

Train sales staff on negotiation, compliance, and the art of the close. Set the example—raise the standard.

Review deals:

Double-check deal jackets and paperwork for accuracy, compliance, and profitability before handoff.

Customer interaction:

Step in as “the authority” to overcome objections, finalize terms, and lock in the sale.

Who You Are:

Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Desk Manager, Closer, or Sales Manager at a high-volume dealership (required) Master of desking deals, structuring payments, and maximizing front and back gross Confident, respected leader who commands the sales floor and gains buy-in from staff Strong communication, negotiation, and customer engagement skills

Tech-savvy:

Proficient with DMS/CRM platforms (CDK, Dealertrack, vAuto, etc.) Deep knowledge of automotive finance, leasing, compliance, and inventory strategies Results-driven, highly organized, and accountable—ready to set and achieve aggressive goals
