Duties Manage daily operations of the coffee shop, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for customers. Supervise staff, providing training and guidance to ensure excellent service and adherence to food safety standards. Oversee inventory management, including ordering supplies and maintaining proper stock levels. Implement budgeting strategies to optimize operational costs while maximizing profitability. Conduct interviews and hire new staff members, fostering a positive team environment. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations related to food handling and preparation. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to maintain satisfaction. Experience Previous experience in a managerial role within a quick-service coffee shops or restaurant or similar environment is preferred. Strong leadership abilities with a proven track record of managing teams effectively. Knowledge of culinary practices, food safety regulations, and kitchen operations is essential. Experience in budgeting and financial management within a food service context is highly desirable.
