Responsibilities Lead and manage the store team to achieve sales targets and operational goals. Develop and implement training programs to enhance team performance and product knowledge, utilizing the tools provided by Dunkin Corporate. Oversee inventory management, including stock levels, ordering, and merchandising. Ensure the store is well-organized, clean, and visually appealing to customers. Handle cash register operations and ensure accuracy in financial transactions. Monitor sales performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly to maximize profitability. Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and employee development. Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels. Requirements Proven experience in management, preferably in food and beverage or the quick service industry. Strong skills in team management and training development. Excellent sales management abilities with a focus on achieving results. Familiarity with cash register operations and inventory control processes..
