We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Coordinator to join our dynamic team. Duties Schedule delivery of materials with customer’s jobsite contact. Prepare detailed packing list of materials to be delivered. Purchase production materials, consumables, safety equipment, janitorial supplies, machinery and equipment parts. Solicit and subcontract maintenance of building, equipment, tooling, vehicles. Collect, complete, organize and file documentation associated with our quality control program. Collect shop employee daily timesheets and submit to front office. Prepare Job folders with drawings and documents. Maintain inventory of stock materials and calibration of production equipment. Maintain safety and training logs, upload safety reports to databases and schedule trainings as needed.
