Entry-Level Retail Management Trainee Clarity Marketing Inc Hazlet, NJ 07730 We are currently hiring a Retail Sales Management Trainee to join our team at the entry level. This is a full-time position designed for individuals looking to grow their career in retail management within the sales sector. Responsibilities:
Greet customers warmly within a retailer. Assist with the day-to-day operations of the retail store to ensure a positive and efficient customer experience Support and motivate team members to achieve individual and team sales goals Provide face-to-face customer service and resolve customer concerns professionally Track sales records to ensure customer satisfaction Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to sales strategies Assist with training new retail team members Handle sales transactions, process sales orders, and follow proper opening and closing procedures
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (required) Self motivated, discipline, and career oriented Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Reliable and punctual
