Store Locations:

Sea Girt & Spring Lake Work 5 days/week, eligible for overtime after 40 hours, no benefits.

Responsibilities will include:

Assisting store openings/closings. Ensure store is clean, stocked, and equipment is running functionally. Help track and record inventory of ingredients and office supplies. Count and check deliveries are correct when received. Help train and supervise the staff. Help create and adjust staff schedules. Motivate and handle minor disciplinary actions when manager is not present. Also relay anything exceptional or disciplinary actions when to manager when they are not present. Address any concerns that the customers may have with product. Help create and maintain a cheerful environment for both staff and customers. Ensure that the product we are making and selling is at it’s top quality. Help with creative and unique ideas for marketing on social media.
