We’re seeking an entrepreneurial-minded partner to help us build and grow our business model into a vibrant, community-focused hub for affordability, job training, and social impact.
Your role will include:
Overseeing daily operations and optimizing the customer experience Leading staff and volunteers with heart and vision Developing partnerships with local businesses, corporate sponsors, and community orgs Driving growth through consulting services, new locations, or online resale Implementing training programs to empower underserved individuals with retail skills
What You Bring:
Experience in retail, nonprofit, or business management A collaborative, mission-first mindset Comfort with both high-level strategy and hands-on leadership Ability to create systems that drive efficiency and growth Passion for upcycling, social enterprise, or sustainable fashion a plus!
