Job Summary As a Coffee Shop Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the General Manager in the overall success of the café operation. This includes aligning with the client’s culture and guidelines, adhering to Health Department regulations, and upholding company standards and policies. You will lead, train, and develop a team to deliver exceptional service and operational excellence, ensuring customer and client satisfaction.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Manage the day-to-day operations of the café or coffee shop. Plan and supervise special functions, maintain cash controls and payroll records, and oversee the hiring and onboarding of frontline team members. Direct and train staff to deliver high-quality retail and beverage service. Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards. Complete all required daily, weekly, and monthly reports accurately and on time. Perform other duties as assigned to support the success of the operation.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of retail or café operational management experience. Previous management experience at Starbucks is strongly desired. Experience in restaurants, hotels, corporate dining, education, military, healthcare, or related food service operations. Retail marketing experience is a plus. Experience with cash handling and retail operations. Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Proven leadership skills with the ability to coach and mentor team members. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and internet applications. Associate’s degree preferred. d. Apply to Eurest today!
