Job Description:

TheAssistant Lead is responsible for assisting the Department Lead inoverseeing the day-to-day operations of their department andensuring employees meet company goals through motivation andengagement. This key position provides a pathway to the DepartmentLead role. This position will adhere to and promote the companymission while operating within the confines of our company’s corevalues. All Assistant Leads will contribute to team success underthe guidance and direction of the Department Lead. Consistentlycreating results for customers, teammates and the companyResponsible for ensuring the customers are greeted courteously andreceive a high level of customer service Lead, motivate, and managea team to ensure excellent customer service and maximum efficiency.

Ensure smooth operation of equipment and maintenance of thefacility Provide outstanding customer service and resolve customercomplaints and issues in a timely and professional manner Manageinventory, ordering, and supplies to ensure adequate stock levelsTrain new staff and ensure ongoing staff development to maintain ahigh level of performance

Job Type:

Full-time Pay:

$60,000 per yearbase salary plus Potential of up to $15,000 in bonuses.
