In this role, you will be a vital member of the Sales Department, providing critical support to the VP of Sales and the broader wholesale sales team. This dynamic position involves expanding and maintaining sales across various channels, including trade shows, marketing initiatives, and administrative support. Ideal candidates will bring prior sales experience, excellent organizational and communication skills, and strong computer proficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate sales activities, including trade shows and marketing initiatives Research and develop new retail accounts and work with lapsed accounts Develop relationships with buyers across all wholesale channels Manage trade show logistics, including preparation of supplies, products, and marketing materials Provide on-site support at trade shows, including customer sales, booth set-up, and dismantling Domestic travel required for trade shows, including overnight stays Cultivate and nurture specialty accounts by working closely with sales reps and house accounts Assist in the preparation of sales presentations, sales materials, and product samples Maintain and update Excel spreadsheets and internal sales documents Partner with our rep network to support customer relationships and drive sales Collaborate with the graphic design team to coordinate e-blasts, promotions, and trade show materials Work cross-functionally with marketing, customer service, planning, and other departments to streamline communication Contribute to a positive team environment by actively participating in meetings, sharing insights, and supporting colleagues

Required Qualifications:

College degree or equivalent work experience 2-5 years of sales experience, preferably with exposure to trade show coordination and sales support Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and ability to navigate external company portals Strong organizational and time management skills Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities Position is in-person and requires domestic travel
