We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven experienced Supermarket Managers, Supermarket Assistant Managers, Supermarket Relief Managers to oversee our grocery store operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a proven track record in sales management. This role requires a strategic thinker who can negotiate effectively, supervise staff, and drive sales growth while ensuring exceptional customer service. Responsibilities Lead and manage daily operations of the grocery store, ensuring efficiency and productivity. Negotiate with suppliers to secure favorable terms and pricing for products. Supervise and train staff, fostering a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and high performance. Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed store targets. Monitor inventory levels and manage stock replenishment to prevent shortages or overstock situations. Collaborate with administrative teams to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Utilize POS systems for sales tracking, reporting, and inventory management. Engage with customers to enhance their shopping experience and address any concerns or inquiries. Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Qualifications Proven experience in sales management or market management within the grocery industry is preferred. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to build relationships with vendors and suppliers. Excellent leadership capabilities with experience in supervising teams effectively. Familiarity with administrative tasks related to store operations, including budgeting and reporting. Proficiency in using POS systems for operational efficiency. Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customer bases. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
