Store Manager Position Available In Cayuga, New York

D&W is looking for a Store Manager for our Auburn, NY location. This person will lead the branch in achieving its goals of healthy growth, exceptional customer service and being a great place to work.

Job Responsibilities:

• Player / Coach position.
• Lead branch efforts to provide excellent customer service.
• Supervise, train, and evaluate customer support and warehouse staff.
• Manage Drive-in bays, ensuring work is completed correctly and profitably.
• Ensure service revenue and gross margin goals are met.
• Ensure the safety of your staff.

Job Requirements:

• 5+ years of demonstrated successful management
• Prior service management experience desired
• Must be an outstanding leader
• Excellent oral and written communication skills required
• Strong decision making, problem solving and time management skills

Compensation Range:

$70,000 – $83,500 annual
