Nice Ash Cigars is looking for a reliable, motivated, and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Assistant Store Manager & Marketing . This key role is responsible for managing daily retail operations, supporting our part-time customer service team, and maintaining our online presence. You’ll be the person we count on to keep the store running smoothly, deliver excellent customer experiences, and ensure our websites are up to date with the latest products, promotions, and events. •Cigar knowledge and experience a plus but not required. Responsibilities Assist customers in-store and process transactions at the register Manage day-to-day retail operations and maintain store standards Train and support team members to uphold high customer service standards Promote store events and specials in-store, online, and on social media Maintain website with products, events & promotions (no website editing experience necessary) Utilize social media marketing Add upcoming events and promotions to Facebook and our website

Qualifications:

1+ year of retail and customer service experience (required) 1+ year of supervisory or management experience (preferred) Experienced with computers Proficient with Excel Strong organizational and communication skills Independence and ability to prioritize to ensure work is completed in a timely fashion Self-motivated with attention to detail and a customer-first mindset Must be able to work in a smoke friendly environment. Review for pay increase after 90 day probation period.
