Your Role:

As a Retail Area Manager , you’ll oversee 10-15 locations, ensuring operational excellence, driving sales, and building high-performing teams. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the Rebel experience by:

Driving Sales & Profitability:

Inspire store managers to meet and exceed targets for sales, margins, and overall profitability.

Team Leadership:

Recruit, train, and mentor store managers and employees to achieve operational success and career growth.

Customer Experience:

Ensure every store delivers a welcoming, customer-focused environment by addressing feedback and maintaining brand standards.

Operational Excellence:

Implement company policies, ensure compliance, and conduct regular audits to maintain safety, security, and operational standards.

Data-Driven Management:

Use data to identify opportunities, address challenges, and prepare action plans to meet business goals.

Merchandising & Promotions:

Oversee inventory, pricing, and promotional initiatives to maximize sales and minimize shrink.

Talent Development:

Build the next generation of leaders by developing store managers and promoting internal growth.

What We’re Looking For:

Leadership experience in retail, food service, or fuel environments. Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred. Valid, infraction-free driver’s license. Availability to work six days a week, including holidays if needed. Exceptional skills in team building, mentoring, change management, and customer service. Ability to analyze trends, make data-driven decisions, and manage multiple priorities. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
