Role:

As a Key Holder you’ll help support the store’s daily operations, acting as a reliable floor lead when a manager isn’t present. You’ll take initiative, help keep things moving, and support your coworkers in creating a smooth, welcoming, and well-run store experience. This is a great fit for someone with retail experience who’s ready to take on more responsibility, someone who’s looking to grow into a larger leadership role over time.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as lead during manager-off-floor times, including opening and closing the store Support the team in maintaining pace, professionalism, and store standards Jump in wherever needed: register, customer service, fulfillment, or restock Communicate clearly with managers about shift flow, concerns, or updates Help de-escalate customer issues and coach sales associates and peers through tricky moments Keep the space clean, stocked, and running smoothly

What We’re Looking For:

1-2 years of retail experience (keyholder or shift lead experience is a plus) Confident communicator who leads by example Comfortable with systems and routines, but flexible when needed Reliable and punctual—someone your team can count on Available on weekends and during holiday or peak periods Physically able to be on your feet and lift boxes as part of the role
