Hourly rate ranges from $15.00 – $15.25 per hour and isdependent upon qualifications and experience.

Spencer’s The Assistant Store Manager isresponsible for establishing and maintaining Guest Services. TheAssistant Manager is responsible for supporting the Store Managerin the various tasks involved in the overall operation of a store,ensuring maximum sales and profitability by developing staff,controlling expenses and shrinkage as well as all aspects ofmerchandising and inventory control in adherence with all Companypolicies and procedures. The minimum age requirement for anAssistant Store Manager is 18. The physical demands of the jobrequire in excess of 8 hours of standing, walking, climbing laddersand lifting up to 50 pounds. Prior retail and or managementexperience is required.
