POSITION SUMMARY

The Lead Consultant is knowledgeable in allareas of the Store’s business, including print, signs & graphics,and shipping, and consistently delivers a positive customerexperience to all customers. The Lead Consultant’s time will bespent taking customer orders; coordinating store activities;providing pricing information; recommending the appropriate FedExOffice products and services; producing complex orders; operatingequipment that requires advanced operational knowledge andexpertise; managing, monitoring and facilitating all productionprocesses. The Lead Consultant performs their duties utilizingconsultative skills to anticipate needs, suggest alternatives andprovide solutions to colleagues and customers. With leadershipdirection, the Lead Consultant may provide direction to theConsultant and solve escalated customer issues.

GENERAL DUTIES ANDRESPONSIBILITIES

(This is a representative list of the generalduties the position may be asked to perform, and is not intended tobe all-inclusive) Demonstrates consultative behaviors to ensurefriendly, polite, expert service is delivered to all customersManages production flow to ensure all production orders are doneright and on time Takes customer orders, giving pricinginformation, performs consultative selling to customers, andrecommends FedEx Office products and services tracks and logs allproduction jobs Takes lead responsibility for digital imaging,scheduling and running black and white or color production on fullservice orders, including finishing services and large jobmanagement Sets up complex orders and performs multiple tasks atthe same time Responsible for ensuring quality during and afterproduction process Ensures communication among shifts Coordinatespick-up and delivery of customer orders May provide leadership toteam members on an assigned shift Assists in the training of storeteam members Collates, sorts and organizes customer orders Operatesthe Point of Sale terminal (POS), handles financial transactionsand makes change Completes required financial paperwork and mayassist with financial reporting including daily sales, close-outsand bank deposits Follows instructions of supervisors and assistsother team members in performing store functions Follows FedExOffice standard operating procedures as well as adhering to legal,HR, safety and security policies and procedures Secondaryresponsibility for coordination of all shipping related servicesand activities, to include: Provides customer service bydetermining appropriate shipping methods, informing customers ofcompany products, services, routes, and rates Ensures qualitycustomer service is given to customers by providing packagingservices, as well as offering information about company productsand services Offers assistance to customers by suggestingappropriate shipping methods. Maintains inventory of shippingsupplies Assembles parcels and prepares goods for shipping bywrapping items in insulation, inserting items into shippingcontainers, weighing packages, and affixing labels to parcels Allother duties as needed or required

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS ANDREQUIREMENTS

High school diploma or equivalent education 2 yearsof specialized experience Excellent verbal and writtencommunication skills

This compensation rangeis provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salaryrange for this role across all potential locations. If thisopportunity includes multiple job levels, the salary informationrepresents the job level minimum and the job level maximum. Actualstarting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job,market level, pay at the location for this job and otherjob-related factors permitted by law. An employee may be eligiblefor additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential. The Companyoffers eligible employees health, vision and dental insurance,retirement, and tuition reimbursement.

Pay:

$17.05 – $20.02/hr
