Senior Assistant Store Manager Position Available In Monroe, New York

Job Description:

Hourly rate ranges from $17.00 – $17.25 per hour and isdependent upon qualifications and experience.

The Assistant Manageris responsible for supporting the Store Manager in the varioustasks involved in the overall operation of a store, ensuringmaximum sales and profitability by developing staff, controllingexpenses and shrinkage as well as all aspects of merchandising andinventory control in adherence with all Company policies andprocedures. This position will work up to 38 hours per week. Theminimum age requirement for an Assistant Store Manager is 18. Thephysical demands of the job require in excess of 8 hours ofstanding, walking, climbing ladders and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Prior retail and or management experience is required.
