Qualifications Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the hospitality industry. Strong knowledge of food handling practices, food safety standards, and catering operations. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively. Experience in inventory control processes and best practices for stock management. Familiarity with bartending or food production is a plus.
