Hourly rate ranges from $19.73 – $19.98 per hour and isdependent upon qualifications and experience.

Spencer’s The Store Manager is responsible forestablishing and maintaining Guest Services. The Store Manageroversees and is accountable for the operation of a store, ensuringmaximum sales and profitability through controlling expenses,shrinkage, human resources management as well as all aspects ofmerchandising and inventory control in adherence with all Companypolicies and procedures. The minimum age requirement for a StoreManager is 21. The physical demands of the job require in excess of8 hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders and lifting up to 50pounds. Prior retail management experience is required.
