Flower Shop Manager Position Available In Nassau, New York

Flower Shop Manager N.T. Designs 279 South St, Oyster Bay, NY 11771 Job description N.T. Designs is a full service retail florist + event design company based in Oyster Bay, NY. As the holiday season approaches, we are currently seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Retail Manager to join our team. The Flower Shop Manager will take the lead on all responsibilities related to our shop operations. He / she will open and close the store and act as the main point of contact with customers in person, over the phone and via email. The Manager will keep track of our inventory and work with wholesalers to order flowers and supplies as needed. He / she will take orders, manage designers and freelancers, and ensure the shop is always tidy and organized. The ideal candidate is a creative team player with excellent attention to detail. He / she should also be willing to jump in and help out with floral design and processing as needed.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a retail manager
• Previous floral design experience preferred but not required
• Knowledge of fresh flower products and techniques related to weddings, events, sympathy work, etc.
• Excellent customer service skills

• Compensation and Full-Time Salary options are available based on based on experience
