Job Description
Key Holder 3.0 3.0 out of 5 stars Central Valley, NY 10917 Purpose of the position To provide support to the management team by completing daily operational tasks as well as optimizing sales by implementing Bally Brand Strategy. In this role, you will serve as a sales leader in the store, supporting the management team in the development of the total satisfaction among Bally clientele and the optimum profitability of the store.
DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES
Opening and Closing the Store per company guidelines Achieve the individual objectives and therefore automatically contribute to the achievement of store objectives: “Key Performance Indicators” Act as the expert seller for the Sales Team; must reach target goals each period to maintain position. Communicates store priorities as determined by Store Management Audits and approves register transactions in accordance with established policies and procedures (EPOS, Credit Card Transactions) Demonstrates knowledge of merchandise, current marketing campaigns, and in-store promotions. Maintains neat and organized stock, including straightening, hanging, sizing, and merchandising. Executes store visual merchandising and signage direction as communicated by home office and determined by the store management team. Is knowledgeable and follows all store safety and emergency procedures. Being pro-active in Clienteling Maintaining and actively reviewing your personal client book and Till database Supporting other Sales Consultants Following the Bally guidelines of the “Bally Ceremonies” Support of administrative duties (EOD e-mails and Weekly Business Reports, etc.) and understanding all reporting analyses
ACTIVE PARTICIPATION
Partner with management team to support Team meetings (making suggestions, proposals, updates, etc.) At customer incidents (inquiries, new products, defects observed, etc.) In regular and year-end inventories Abide by all security checks and procedures
MANAGING CRM AND MARKET
Develop and promote a loyal clientele through concrete initiatives leveraging all clienteling tools (client book, CRM…) according to the sales and brand strategy (client-telling). Ensure the Bally customer is receiving a unique experience and satisfaction in line with Bally Brand guidelines. Act as the Ambassador for the brand within the market Contribute for the development of the stores external relations within its competitive environment – marketing, merchandising, local activities etc. Proactively follow current fashion trends, industry news, technology, and key competitors in the local market Desired Profile At least 1 year of previous keyholder experience in the luxury/retail environment (if none, 30 day probation period before given keys) Professional presentation, good communication, excellent interpersonal skills Sales and customer oriented Passion for the fashion/luxury-goods industry Strong Team player Self-motivator Good Computer/software literacy skills Good level of
