What You’ll Be Doing:

Receive warm, pre-qualified leads from our opener team Call, pitch, and close deals directly with business owners Structure offers, overcome objections, and guide files through funding Work with underwriting, syndication, and support to move fast Follow up like a pro and build your own book within the firm

Requirements:

1+ year of MCA closing experience (or similar sales experience in finance) Phone skills that command attention and build trust fast Solid understanding of funding positions, stacking, and deal structure Self-motivated, organized, and goal-driven CRM experience + pipeline management
