JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Take responsibility to supervise, train and assist employees re customer service, store maintenance, and product promotions Direct and manage day-to-day operations and create a positive work environment Enforce Company policies and procedures Develop store strategies for expanding traffic and profitability Handle customer/staff complaints and ensure all are addressed Maintain proper inventory levels by ensuring and implementing purchasing plans with suppliers Assign duties to staff based on their knowledge of expertise Create and execute work schedules for staff Maintain excellent store condition and visual merchandising standards at all times Meet sales goals by training, motivating and mentoring sales staff; cross-train employees Create positive work environment Knowledge of all departments within store

SKILLS:

Exceptional interpersonal, planning and organizing, and leadership skills Highly motivated, results-oriented High level of customer service skills with demonstrated leadership and management skills High School or equivalent (preferred)
