Job Description We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Excel “guru” to drive excellence across product design and operational processes. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, excels at cross-functional collaboration, and brings rigor to complex systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage quality initiatives across design and operations teams
Build and maintain SOPs for order processing, quality assurance, and design workflows
Identify and resolve operational issues through root cause analysis and scalable solutions
Use data to inform decisions, drive improvements, and monitor performance
Support workforce planning and develop operational strategies for long-term growth
Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement
Job Requirements Qualifications:
3+ years in operations, analytics, consulting, or related roles
Proven success building and scaling operational processes
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
High attention to detail and ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
Self-starter with a hands-on, team-oriented mindset
Preferred Experience:
Background in startups, consulting, or marketplace models
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience with financial modeling and performance analysis
Positive attitude, adaptability, and a collaborative approach
