Duties Supervise and manage store staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high levels of performance. Ensure efficient communication with front and back staff. Provide recommendations based on customer inquiries and taste profiles. Maintain excellent phone etiquette while addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Utilize organizational skills to manage inventory, merchandising, and store layout efficiently. Ensure pricing is up-to-date on store layout and POS system. Looking for “Jack of all trades”, can handle register and stock responsibilities when needed. Qualifications Proven experience in store management or a similar supervisory role within a retail environment. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building lasting relationships with customers. Proficient in organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficient knowledge about wine varietals, countries and profiles. Knowledge of retail math concepts for analyzing sales performance is preferred. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage effectively with customers and staff alike.
