What You’ll Do We are seeking a dedicated and professional In-House Closer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a background in real estate, title, or legal services. The In-House Closer will represent TitleVest by attending in-person closings throughout New York City and surrounding areas, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for our clients and attorney partners. Key Responsibilities Attend in-person closings for residential purchases, refinances, and select commercial transactions. Travel to closing locations primarily in New York City, with flexibility to travel to Westchester, Suffolk, and Nassau Counties as needed. Act as the point of contact during closings, managing document execution and ensuring all signatures, funds, and required materials are collected. Review closing documents for accuracy and completeness prior to and during the closing appointment. Notarize documents in compliance with New York laws and TitleVest standards. Communicate and coordinate with attorneys, lenders, buyers, sellers, and internal teams to resolve last-minute issues and ensure timely closings. Deliver and/or collect checks, closing packages, and other documentation as needed. Maintain accurate records and submit executed documents to the internal processing team in a timely manner. Represent TitleVest with professionalism, discretion, and a client-first mindset. What You’ll Bring Commissioned Notary Public in New York State OR willing to obtain commission (TitleVest will assist with the licensing process) Located in New York and available for frequent local travel, including to Westchester, Suffolk, and Nassau Counties Experience in real estate closings, title insurance, legal support, or settlement services preferred Strong knowledge of residential closing documents; commercial experience a plus Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Reliable transportation for field assignments Highly organized and detail-oriented Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings

Pay Range:

$21.62 – $28.83 Hourly This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting.
