More on the Bubble Goods team and culture on our Careers page or on LinkedIn . We’re hiring an Operations Lead to own and evolve the core systems that power our marketplace. From managing a growing SKU catalog to streamlining internal workflows and customer support, you’ll help us transition from human-reliant operations to tech-enabled scale. This is a foundational role for a systems thinker who loves turning complexity into clarity and cares deeply about operational excellence. What You’ll Do Design and implement systems to manage a large, diverse product catalog (SKUs, taxonomy, tags, metadata) Own and improve product onboarding, categorization, and merchandising workflows Collaborate with CX and vendor success teams to streamline support systems for shoppers and sellers Develop automations and internal tools to reduce manual work and operational debt Identify and fix data integrity issues across thousands of SKUs Partner cross-functionally with Product and Growth to improve visibility and efficiency across the business Build dashboards that track marketplace performance at the SKU, brand, and category level What You’ll Bring 5+ years experience in marketplace, ecommerce, CPG, or retail operations Experience managing high-SKU environments (1,000+ SKUs) Strong analytical skills and comfort with Business Intelligence tools and PIM systems A systems mindset—you think in terms of infrastructure, scalability, and automation Leader with a strong focus on scaling teams through systems-driven thinking and building high-impact startup organizations. Excellent communication and project management skills Comfort navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
