The ideal candidate is a highly organized, collaborative, outgoing individual who is detail oriented and manages with a strong follow through. A recent college graduate is preferable. A working knowledge of Shopify is very helpful.

Responsibilities include:

• In store sales- bonus if you have a ‘client book’
• Coordinate sample and production for all vendors
• Create & generate PO’s for each vendor.
• Coordinate and facilitate samples for editorial shoots
• Oversee Shipping fr wholesale accounts (domestic & international)
• Maintain proper Inventory across all categories
• Oversee organization and trafficking of receipts to the CFO on a monthly basis
• Maintain a clean and organized studio Skills required:
• Responsible for assisting in day-to-day problem solving under supervision of Creative Director
• Must be personable, reliable and thrive in a team environment
• Must be detail oriented and display follow through

COMMON SENSE!

Experience:

• 1 year of related industry experience with working knowledge of Mac/ Excel /Word/ WordPress / Google Docs/ illustrator / Indesign
• Demonstrate track record of client relationship development and service
