2020 Companies is seeking an immediate full-time temporary Experiential Store Manager representing our client, Samsung Electronics America.

$57k – $63k + incentive

Under the direction of the Program Manager, this role will ensure adherence to dress code policy, established work schedules, paperwork compliance, and customer engagement to ensure maximum presentation and sales potential. You will provide on-site supervisory presence and ensure customer experience is a priority. Your Role as an Experiential Store Manager is to: Engage & interact with customers in 1:1 and large group settings with passion, energy, and knowledge of Samsung products Demo Samsung products and position the ecosystem based on consumer lifestyles Assist in driving sales and customer experience Coach Brand Ambassadors on Samsung products and promotions Motivate and drive team to increase sells within store Maintain a high energy and professional attitude at all times Create a memorable and positive experience for customers Manage timecards, creating schedules, inventory etc. Ensure team is exceeding client expectations and applying with company policy and procedures We are looking for someone who: Has excellent communication skills and experience in consumer facing environments (sales, customer service, etc.) Always energetic with a big personality and ability to “hype” a group as small as 1, to as large as 100 Interested in one or more areas in technology, social media, gaming, music, health & wellness Ability to build relationships with a wide range of stakeholders and customers Flexible and adaptable with a passion for teamwork and innovation
Job Description:
Supervise team members Accurately submit work schedules to Program Manager for approval Assist team members with closing sales Ensure compliance with Company policy and procedures Accurately track inventory receipt and count as appropriate Create and review weekly shift schedules based on business needs Create or review weekly schedules and provide approval Review time sheets for accuracy Meet or exceed assigned sales goals on a monthly basis Courteously welcome customers, offer assistance, assess needs and suggests products Professionally resolve customer complaints; escalate as appropriate Responsible for accurately tracking and communicating all activity to Retail Operations Perform all other duties as assigned
Performance Measurements:
Achieve posted store performance goals in all categories Meet established monthly/weekly assigned sales quota/goals Customer/client satisfaction based on Net Promoter scores and substantiated complaints Complete all administrative tasks as outlined by the assigned due date
Qualifications:
