Hours:
40 hours per week, 5 days a week between Monday to Sunday – 2 days off in the week when working over the weekend Shifts can fall on: Monday to
Sunday Key Responsibilities:
Lead, motivate, and develop the store team, creating a positive and productive working environment. Ensure staff performance is regularly reviewed, providing constructive feedback and support for improvement. Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and training of new staff members, ensuring alignment with company culture and values. Schedule and manage staff rotas, ensuring adequate coverage and optimal productivity during peak times. Ensure smooth day-to-day operations, maintaining high standards of customer service, store presentation, and overall efficiency. Enforce and monitor compliance with all health and safety regulations, company policies, and security procedures. Oversee inventory management, conducting regular stock checks, minimizing discrepancies, and ensuring optimal product availability. Manage the opening and closing of the store, including overseeing cash handling, end-of-day reconciliations, and security protocols. Monitor and analyze store performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing action plans to enhance sales and customer experience. Ensure the store is visually appealing and aligns with brand guidelines, overseeing the implementation of visual merchandising plans. Stay up-to-date with retail trends, market conditions, and competitor activities, adapting strategies to stay competitive. Maintain clear communication with the Head of Retail and other company departments, providing regular updates on store performance, challenges, and opportunities.
