Job Description:

We are looking for a Store Manager on a permanent contract (CDI) for our New York store. You will be required to carry out the following tasks (non-exhaustive list): Objectives / Sales Revenue Development and optimization of sales revenue according to the objectives set by Management Analysis and monitoring of sales indicators Reporting of commercial information

Customer Service:

Advising and selling to a high-end clientele Customer loyalty development Store animation in line with the brand’s commercial policy

Team Management:

Training your sales team Motivating your team members Supervising and scheduling staff Visual Identity Compliance with company standards Ensuring the store’s merchandising and product presentation Stock and inventory management

Profile Sought:

You must have prior experience as a Store Manager in a high-end ready-to-wear brand. You speak fluent French . You are organized and possess excellent interpersonal skills. With a strong commercial mindset, you are results-oriented and enjoy working as part of a team. Passionate about fashion, you have a strong product sensitivity and a good understanding of the industry and its trends. Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite is highly appreciated.
