The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. This role requires effective team management, organizational abilities, and a thorough understanding of dispensary operations to ensure compliance with regulations while maximizing efficiency and profitability. Duties Manage all aspects of dispensary operations, including inventory management, cash handling, and compliance. Lead, train, and develop staff to ensure high levels of performance and customer service. Oversee daily financial transactions, including cash register operations and end-of-day reconciliation. Implement effective store management practices to enhance the customer experience and drive sales. Develop training programs for new hires and ongoing staff development to maintain a knowledgeable team. Ensure the dispensary is well-organized, clean, and compliant with health and safety standards. Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration among staff members. Utilize Point of Sale (POS) systems effectively to track sales, inventory levels, and customer preferences. Requirements Proven leadership experience in retail or dispensary management is preferred. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Experience with cash handling procedures and financial reporting. Familiarity with POS systems for efficient transaction processing. Excellent communication skills; multilingual abilities are a plus.
