Full Job Description Position Overview:

The Mobile Department Lead (MDL) works within a national retail partner’s stores to drive sales of mobile products and services. The MDL leads a team, manages in-store promotions, and builds strong relationships with store leadership to enhance performance and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive sales and customer satisfaction through direct and team selling. Mentor and train retail associates on products and sales techniques. Coordinate and manage in-store promotions and demo events. Maintain merchandising standards and ensure product visibility. Act as a liaison between MarketSource, the client, and retail store leadership. Communicate progress and resolve issues with district and client leadership.

Required Skills & Experience:

Strong sales, leadership, and communication skills. Ability to train, motivate, and lead a team. Comfortable with technology and retail environments. 2+ years of experience in sales, training, or retail management (wireless/electronics preferred). High School Diploma or GED required.
