Automotive Repair Salary:

$80,000-$90,000/year (based on experience)

7+ years minimum We’re hiring a Shop Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our automotive shop. This is a hands-on management role for someone who knows the ins and outs of running a busy shop—managing mechanics, coordinating workflow, and ensuring we have the right parts at the right time.

Responsibilities:

Oversee shop operations, scheduling, and workflow Manage a team of mechanics and ensure work is completed on time and up to standard Source, order, and track parts inventory Maintain communication between technicians, customers, and the front office Ensure safety procedures and quality control are followed Handle vendor relationships and assist with cost control

Requirements:

Previous experience managing a mechanic shop or auto service center Strong understanding of automotive parts and repair processes Proven ability to lead and motivate a team Excellent organizational and communication skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Bonus if you have: ASE certification or similar credentials Experience using shop management software (e.g., Mitchell1, Shop-Ware, etc.) This is a full-time, salaried role with opportunities for growth.
